The Spencer Bariatric Board is a kit designed to extend the board of Spencer Cinco Mas, Cross and Crossover self-loading stretchers to enable them to transport bariatric patients. The surface area of the board is increased through the installation of two devices: S-WINGS, a support system attached to the stretchers and fixed by means of pins (easy to apply or remove); QMX 778, a thermo-welded PVC mattress specially made for bariatric patients. The S-WINGS bariatric supports include the attachment kit for mounting on a stretcher. The QMX 778 mattress can be sold separately from the S-WINGS.
